Apparently having deeper discussions make you feel much much happier.
Would you be happier if you spent more time discussing the state of the world and the meaning of life — and less time talking about the weather? It may sound counterintuitive, but people who spend more of their day having deep discussions and less time engaging in small talk seem to be happier, said Matthias Mehl, a psychologist at the University of Arizona who published a study on the subject.

Happy Realization #1
As of 1.20.08, Bush has less than a year left in office! I don't know who is going to be next, but I can sure that the person will:
-be more articulate and well-spoken than Bush
-be able to name countries other than those that fall under his 'axis of evil.'
-occasionally read books
-take less time off than Bush
-not bury the name of this country further in the world's eye
