Everytime I have breakfast at a diner I get an omelette. With the omelette comes toast and homefries. I always jelly the toast add a bit of omelette and homefries and roll it up. Is this awesome or disgusting? Please advise.

this is definitely awesome. you get a hint of sweet with the salted homefries, right? sounds good to me.
